Prithviraj’s mother, Mallika Sukumaran, opened up about her son’s magnum opus movie ‘Empuraan’, which is now shrouded in suspense. Many attempts to find out the superstar performing the cameo in the movie failed to yield any results. Mohanlal and Prithviraj denied the rumour of Fahad Faasil being part of the movie. The doubts are now all around Ninja Assassin star Rick Yune. Amidst the wait for the release on Thursday, Mallika Sukumaran in an exclusive interview with Kaumudi movies, talked more about Prithviraj and Empuraan.

Mallika Sukumaran:

“He is someone who works day and night preparing the movie. Prithvi wants the final output to be immaculate. I even fear the idea of calling him on the phone. Prithvi would sound like he was in a hurry, and I would then understand how busy he is with the work of the movie.

Prithvi is a man of few words, unlike his locaquicious brother. I feel beyond proud hearing people within industries and veterans talking great about my son’s effort. Yesterday, I saw Mammootty’s Facebook post praising Prithvi. I couldn't have asked for more. Prithvi has been giving me sly hints of directing Mammootty in a film. When asked recently, he said talks were progressing with Mammootty for a role.”
