THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A police officer was found dead in Chirayinkeezhu on Saturday. SI Rafi of AR Camp was found dead in the incident, which the police doubt as a case of suicide. Rafi was about to retire from service on Saturday. A farewell function was organized for Rafi just days back.

The police officer was found hanging inside his family house. Officials haven’t yet sorted out the reason behind the suicide.
