Many services like birth, death, marriage registration, property tax, building permit etc. have become digital as part of e-governance and smart offices, but they are operated through various platforms. K-Smart is making these services more transparent and efficient. From now on, services will be available at fingertips through the website https://ksmart.lsgkerala.gov.in and mobile application.
Through K-Smart, the public can submit applications without visiting the offices. The information provided once will be stored for later needs. Receipts and certificates will be made available through WhatsApp and email. Applicants can log in to K-Smart through Aadhaar, PAN card, and email ID. The applicant can know the status of applications and complaints online.
