The makers of Mohanlal's blockbuster film 'Thudarum' have released the promo song everyone was waiting for. This is a song that was not included in the film. The lyrics for the song Kondattam are written by Vinayak Sasikumar and the music is by Jakes Bejoy. It is sung by MG Sreekumar and Rajalakshmi. The hint given by MG Sreekumar before the release of the film had made moviegoers wait for this song.

Meanwhile, the film has already entered the 100-crore club at the global box office. This is Mohanlal's fourth film to enter the 100-crore club. It is also the 11th film in Malayalam cinema to enter this club. Mohanlal was the first to open the 100 crore club in Malayalam with Pulimurugan.
