THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Rain and wind are likely in Kerala in the coming hours tonight. There is a possibility of moderate rain at isolated places in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam and Idukki districts in the next three hours. Meanwhile, light rain is also likely at isolated places in Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Palakkad and Kasaragod districts, IMD said.

Central Meteorological Department has said that fishing should not be done along the Kerala-Lakshadweep coast today, but it is allowed along the Karnataka coast. Bad weather and strong winds with a speed of 35 to 45 kmph and at times up to 55 kmph are likely over the south Kerala-Lakshadweep coast.
