THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The pass percentage in the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examinations this year is 99.5%. Last year’s pass percentage was 99.69. A drop of 0.19 % was witnessed this time. 61,449 students got full A Plus. Last year it was 71,831. 4,24,583 students are qualified for higher education.
The revenue district with the highest pass percentage is Kannur (99.87 %). Thiruvananthapuram (98.59 %) is the revenue district with the lowest pass percentage. The educational district with the highest pass percentage is Pala (100 %). The educational district with the lowest pass percentage is Attingal (98.28 %). The highest number of students who got full A plus (4,115) is in Malappuram and the . The lowest pass percentage is in Thiruvananthapuram.
Education Minister V Sivankutty announced the results at the press meet held at the PRD Chamber in Thiruvananthapuram at 3 pm. Officials including the Director of Public Education also attended the press conference. Students can check their exam results by 4 pm. The results can be checked through the websites https://pareekshabhavan.kerala.gov.in https://keralaresults.nic.in https://results.kite.kerala.gov.in. Apart from this, the results will be available through the PRD website and Digi Locker. The results of THSLC and AHSLC will also be published along with this.
A total of 4,27,021 candidates appeared for the SSLC examination this year at 2,964 examination centers in Kerala, nine in Lakshadweep and seven in the Gulf.
