This is the QR code name slip designed by Ajesh for the safety of his two-and-a-half-year-old daughter Atmika, an Anganwadi student. As crimes against children are increasing, the smart name slip developed by Ajesh, a safety officer in a private institution, is a relief to parents. It is a protection and care for all children.

By scanning the QR code pasted on the book, one will get the age, name of parents, teacher, school, address, phone number, police station number, etc. Blood groups, information on diseases like epilepsy, information about the medicine taken and the hospital, etc. can also be included in this.

This will also be useful in transferring information to the police station about children found in suspicious circumstances. Educational information and other information including horoscope can be updated in the QR code. The charge for printing 35 smart nameslips, including the QR code, in the standard nameslip size (4.5 cm wide and 7.5 cm long), on sticker paper measuring 13 inches wide and 19 inches long, is Rs. 150.
