KOCHI: Actor Unni Mukundan finally broke the silence over the controversial police complaint filed by his manager against him.

“Vipin has been part of my journey for years like a good friend. I didn't physically harm him but I admit that I confronted him for heading a defamation campaign against me. Vipin’s conduct has been tainting my repute in the industry. When Meppadiyan film’s director enquired the same with him, Vipin admitted his wrong. It was Vishnu who called me to the apartment to sort things out.

We saw Vipin in the parking basement of the apartment complex. He came wearing shades and when asked about spearheading a smear campaign against me, Vipin remained indifferent. I asked him to remove his shades and talk which he refused. It is true that I took his glasses off and broke them. I then confronted him and asked questions. Never did I physically harm him,
