Aamir Khan's sports comedy film ‘Sitare Zameen Par’ rose like a phoenix after a lacklustre opening day, to enter the mighty 100 crore club. The movie could only earn Rs 19 crore at the global box office on its first day, but managed to make a huge leap since the second day. Word of mouth marketing is doing the trick as appreciation is falling for the film from all quarters.

The media is calling this a grand comeback of Aamir Khan, who had to go through a scare following the dismal opening day of the movie. The success will also help Bollywood retain its old sheen. The industry was targeted by critics in recent times for releasing back-to-back flop movies.
