BHOPAL: The visuals of the murder of a nursing student in a government hospital has emerged. The tragic incident happened on June 27 at Narsinghpur in Madhya Pradesh. The victim was a nursing student identified as Sandhya Chaudhary (19). The girl was attacked by a youth named Abhishek Koshti. After the murder, the accused also tried to commit suicide. However, when this failed, he tried to escape but the police caught him. The video of the incident recorded by someone had emerged the other day.

Abhishek is seen sitting on the girl's chest and slitting her throat while others, including hospital staff, were looking on. Some even walk past as the girl bleeds to death on the hospital floor. The incident happened in broad daylight, inside the emergency wing, just away from guards and doctors. Sandhya, who had chosen nursing after Plus Two, had come to Narsinghpur District Hospital as part of her training.

Before the attack, many had seen Abhishek and Sandhya talking in the hospital premises. Abhishek liked Sandhya. The accused told police that he was in a relationship with her for the past two years. He was mentally harassing her for the past two weeks. However, the woman had not informed her family about this. The police are investigating the exact reason for the murder. Her family was informed about the incident only around 3.30 pm. When the family reached the hospital, the girl's body was still lying on the floor. The family then protested outside the hospital.
