10-students-injured-after

ADIMALI: Ten students were hospitalised after a Plus Two student used pepper spray near the Bison Valley Higher Secondary School. The incident took place around 10 a.m. on Friday in front of the bus stop near the school.

The Plus Two student from Adimali had just arrived at school by bus when the parents of a girl confronted him, questioning his friendship with their daughter. In retaliation, the student sprayed pepper spray at them, but the fumes also affected over ten other students standing nearby. Soon after, many of the students began experiencing vomiting and dizziness.

Six students were admitted to the Adimali Taluk Hospital, two to the Mullakkanam Community Health Centre, and another two to a private hospital in Adimali. The Rajakkad police reached the scene, registered a case, and have begun an investigation.
