THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has said that there is a possibility of heavy rain in isolated places in the state today. A yellow alert has been sounded in Idukki, Malappuram, Kannur and Kasaragod. There is also a possibility of wind gusts of 40 to 50 kmph.
