RIYADH: A Malayali died in a fatal road accident in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. Riyaz Babu (47), a resident of Mullampara, Manjeri in Malappuram, died in the incident. He was about to return home for a vacation in the coming days.

Riyaz was returning after visiting his friend and was preparing to fly to Kerala for vacation. It is reported that the Malayali was crushed by a vehicle that came from behind. Riyaz was taken to King Fahd Specialist Hospital, where he died while undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit. His body will be buried in Jizan itself.
