Running school bus catches fire in Kollam

KOLLAM: In a shocking incident, a running school bus caught fire at Kannanalloor in Kollam. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. The fire broke out on a bus belonging to Trinity Lyceum School. The incident occurred at around 5 pm today. The bus was completely gutted in the fire.

There was a child, an ayah (nanny), and the driver on the bus when smoke started billowing from inside. As soon as they saw the smoke, they got out of the bus. Soon, the fire spread inside the bus. The incident occurred while the driver was dropping off children at their homes. Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident. Fire Force reached the spot and extinguished the fire. Preliminary findings indicate that a short circuit was the cause of the fire.
