Pinarayi Vijayan visits VS in hospital; leaves without responding to media

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan visited former chief minister and senior CPM leader V S Achuthanandan, who is undergoing treatment at Pattom SUT Hospital. The chief minister reached the hospital Tuesday morning at around 11.15 am. The chief minister left without responding to the media.

VS was admitted to the hospital Monday morning after suffering a cardiac arrest. The doctors have informed that his health condition is presently satisfactory. VS has been leading a retired life for a long time. He is 101 years old.
