Rs 12 crore Vishu bumper for ticket number VB 135452; Winner from Karunagappally?

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The first prize of the State Lottery Department's Vishu Bumper was announced on Saturday at Gorky Bhavan in Thiruvananthapuram. Ticket number VB 135452 was selected for the first prize of Rs 12 crore. It is reported that the ticket was sold from Karunagappally. The second prize is awarded to the numbers VA 616453, VB 327020, VC348224, VD 252972, VE 649598, and VG 367998.

A record 44.61 crore tickets have already been sold in the state. 11.55 lakh tickets have been sold in Palakkad district alone. A total of 45 lakh tickets have been printed. Last year, 42.87 lakh tickets were sold. The price of a ticket is Rs 300. The tickets are in six series. There is a consolation prize of Rs 1 lakh each for the tickets in the five series. The second prize will be Rs 1 crore each for six people, the third prize will be Rs 10 lakh each for six people, and the fourth prize will be Rs 5 lakh each for six people.
