Monthly pay-off case: Veena Vijayan files appeal in High Court against SFIO probe

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Veena Vijayan, the daughter of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, has filed an appeal in the Karnataka High Court against the SFIO probe in the monthly pay-off case. The appeal challenges the single-bench order that dismissed her earlier plea seeking to stop the investigation. The matter has now been taken to a division bench, which has issued a notice. The case will be considered on December 3.
