THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Former corporation councillor I.P. Binu himself announced through Facebook that he was surrendering before the Museum Police. 'I am appearing before the police in the case accusing me of attacking the vehicle of ED officials the other day. I was not arrested; I am surrendering on my own,' Binu wrote on Facebook.

A total of 16 people have been arrested in the case so far. Attukal Unni and Palayam Santhosh, who are also accused in the case, remain absconding.
