'Congratulations to Shri VD Satheesan Ji'; Prime Minister assures full support to new Kerala government 

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated V D Satheesan after he took oath as the new Chief Minister of Kerala. Modi assured that the Central Government would extend full support to the new state government. The Prime Minister conveyed his wishes through a post on X.

'Congratulations to Shri VD Satheesan Ji on taking oath as the Chief Minister of Keralam. My best wishes for his tenure. The Central Government assures all possible support for the newly formed Keralam Government in fulfilling the aspirations of the people,' Modi wrote on X.

V D Satheesan took oath as Kerala’s new Chief Minister at around 10.15 am on Monday. He took the oath in the name of God. The swearing-in ceremony was held on a specially prepared stage at the Central Stadium in the presence of thousands of people. Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar administered the oath of office.
