Order boy Ikru of Kochi held, nabbed after search by locals and excise team for hours

KOCHI: Two people engaged in delivering drugs to residences as per order have been arrested in Ernakulam. The Ernakulam Special Squad arrested Shinuraj S and Sangeeth S alias Ikru, natives of Kollam Paravoor. 26 grams of MDMA was seized from them.

The drugs were hidden in their innerwear in 60 small packets. Sangeeth, who evaded the excise team during the arrest, entered and hid inside the Ernakulam Kaloor International Stadium. He was caught after hours of search by the excise team and the locals. Drugs were recovered from their Bajaj Pulsar bike.



A special action team monitored by Ernakulam assistant commissioner B Tenymon, nabbed them with the intention of rooting out the drug mafia based around the Kaloor International Stadium. So far, seven people were caught by the special action team with a total of 50 grams of MDMA from the premises of Kaloor Stadium, this month.
