Singer collapses and dies during stage show

KODUNGALLUR: A differently-abled singer collapsed and died during a stage show. The deceased is Mathilakam native Abdul Kabeer (42). The incident took place at around 10 pm on Wednesday during the music concert of differently-abled held at Rak Convention Centre.

Kabeer collapsed while sitting on his three-wheeled scooter after singing on the stage. Although he was rushed to AR Medical Center in Kodungallur, he could not be saved. He was a member of the All Kerala Wheelchair Rights Federation. The funeral took place at Mathilakam Juma Masjid Khabarstan.
