Finally: Thuramukham announces release date
These days, Nivin Pauly engages in movies not like in his prime. A movie hits theatre and he goes elusive and comes back after a hiatus of two years, yet struggles to win the most like his halcyon days. However, the long mediocre run for Pauly can alter its course with the latest release, and that too the long-stalled veteran Rajeev Ravi’s project Thuramukham. After many tangles that restricted the movie from a release, producer Listen Stephen has braved a fight to make the hard work reach the big screens on March 10. The movie scenically pictures the yesteryear Kochi and its port, mainly of the 1940s. The work is also a tribute to the many protests the laborers did to break the uneven taxes piled upon them.
The laborer then starts the arduous work to build a new port in Kochi which comprises the basic gist of the movie. An ensemble cast fortifies the film which includes, Indrajith Sukumaran, Joju George, Poornima Indrajith, Arjun Ashokan, Darshana Rajendran, and Senthil Krishna. The cinematography is also helmed by the director himself while the music is done by playback singer Shahbaz Aman.
