ED hunting me, health failing: M Sivasankar's bail plea to High Court

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In a bail plea submitted to the High Court, LIFE scam accused M Sivasankar said he was being hunted down by central agencies in a bid to submit to their falsely woven stories. He also said that the other accused in the scam is still scot-free while the same consideration was not meted out to him. The plea also highlights his deteriorating health condition. Earlier, the Ernakulam additional sessions court extended the remand period of Sivasnakar to 14 more days.

In another case, Chief ministers additional private secretary C M Raveendran will be questioned again by the Enforcement Directorate. Earlier, Raveendran was drilled for 10 long hours by the agency. The statements will be crosschecked and the officials will delve deep into them to see the involvement of any other powers behind the scam. It is being said that all the digital evidence was shown to Raveendran by ED while questioning.
