Youth dead from airgun shot; friend in custody

MALAPPURAM: A man has died after being shot from an air gun in Perumbadappu, Malappuram. Shafi, a native of Amayam is the one who died from the airgun firing. Police informed that Shafi got hit by the pellet when the airgun in his friend's hand accidentally fired while they were hunting egrets in the field. The friend was taken into police custody.
