'I come from muslim background, yet people built temple for me; Khushbu responds to Sanatana Dharma issue

CHENNAI: BJP leader Khushbu Sundar reacted to the controversy over the Sanatana Dharma reference of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin's son and minister Udayanidhi Stalin. Khushbu responded that the people built a temple for her, who has a Muslim family background, and that is Sanatana Dharma.

Khushbu's response was through X. 'I come from a muslim background, yet people built a temple for me. That is Sanatana Dharma. Believe, respect, love and accept all as one. DK chief K Veeramani accepts the truth of Sanatana Dharma, why is DMK in denial??'- Khushbu tweeted.

Udayanidhi's controversial remarks were made at a conference held in Chennai on Saturday. He said that Sanatana Dharma is against equality and social justice and should be eradicated like contagious diseases. BJP has come out with heavy criticism against this.
