KOCHI: A month after the Kalamassery bomb blast that killed seven people, the police investigation is at a standstill. Nothing much happened except that Dominic Martin was indicted in the IED blast case at the Jehovah's Witnesses convention based on his own testimony. In this case, the filing of the charge sheet will also take longer.

As Kochi City's former DCP and head of the investigation team S Sasidharan was transferred, the present DCP KS Sudarshan has replaced as the head, which delayed the probe. The special team has not been able to take Dominic into custody and interrogate him.

It is reported that the investigation conducted by central agencies regarding the relations of Dominic, who has worked in the Gulf for a long time, has not been completed.

On October 29 at 9.30 am, seven people, including three members of a family, died in an explosion at the Samra Convention Centre in Kalamasery. 52 people were injured. Four people are still undergoing treatment. Two are in the intensive care unit.
