'Waiting for Thalapathy's green signal'; Vijay's TVK in Kerala?

Actor Vijay’s political entry was inevitable considering the sly political remarks he would throw while addressing some thousands of his core fan base. Ending all the wait, actor Vijay Kick started his foray into the turbulent world of politics by announcing the formation of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam(TVK), with the slogan "Pirappokkum Ellaa Uyirkkum’.

A recent video emerged showed how the fans received the actor who appeared for the first time in public after his party formation. In pure ecstasy, fans climbed trees and the top of vehicles to catch a glimpse of the actor, while some others were seen bowing in respect to the actor. Vijay has already announced his departure from the movie world when he completes his 69th film.

However now, it seems the Vijay fever has now crossed the borders as the ripple effect is also seen among his hardcore fans in Kerala. It is learned that the Vijay fans in Kerala are in exhilaration with the actor’s new decision to stick with politics. Rather than being mere spectators, the fans are waiting for a green signal from the actor, so that TVK can start its work in Kerala.

Vijay Makkal Iyakkham from Kerala will happily join the TVK political party if given assent by the actor himself. Welfare programmes in Kerala are also in consideration by the fans, which will be done in the name of TVK. It is expected that Vijay might not rule out starting TVK in Kerala considering his mighty fan base in the state.

Meanwhile, memes have also gone viral in Kerala about the TVK political party’s entry in Kerala. Some on social media went the extra mile saying that TVK would easily win a panchayat seat in the Kollam district if prepared well. However, there is still no confirmation or clue about TVK starting work in Kerala.

Vijay has urged fans to concentrate on philanthropic works and said his prime target would be to do a coup in the 2026 Tamil Nadu assembly elections.
