I promised Pongala offering, got cured of cancer, says Attukalamma devotee

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Every year several lakhs of people come to the state capital to offer Pongala to Attukalamma. A devotee from Guruvayur has shared her divine experience through Kaumudy TV.

"I came to RCC in 2003 for cancer treatment. Here we have come to know that if I offer a Pongala to Attukalamma, my illness will go away. So I said I will offer a Pongala if I get cancer-free. In 2006, the doctor at RCC said that I have entered remission. Ever since 2006, I have performed Pongala offering. I will do this as long as I can," said the devotee and her husband.
