Bridge collapses in ship collision, many missing after falling into water
WASHINGTON: Many people are reported missing after the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, USA collapsed. The accident happened Tuesday morning when the cargo ship hit the bridge. The freighter hit the pier of the bridge.

The vehicles traveling on the bridge fell into the river at the time of the incident. Reports said that around 20 people who fell into the water are missing. A search for them is going on. A large portion of the 2.5 km long Scott Key Bridge completely collapsed and fell into the water.
While the exact number of vehicles present on the 1.6-mile-long bridge at the time of the collision remains uncertain, the Baltimore City Fire Department reported that at least seven were thrown into the river.
