Relatives of 16-year-old girl beat man with coconut inside cloth after his late night visit with cake, POCSO slapped

KOLLAM: A man who came to see his 16-year-old relative girl with a birthday cake at night was allegedly beaten up on Tuesday. Mohammad Nahas, a native of Kummannur in Pathanamthitta, suffered injuries in the beating.

Nahas alleged that the girl's relatives hung him and beat him using a coconut tied inside a cloth. There are marks of beating on his body. Meanwhile, the girl's relatives have also filed a complaint against the man. Based on this, a POCSO case has been registered against him.
