Malayali youth found dead in UK; panic among expatriates

GLASGOW: A Malayali youth was found dead in the UK. The deceased has been identified as Vignesh Venkitaraman (36).

Sources said that Vignesh had work-related issues in the UK and that he experienced mental difficulties due to this. According to his family, the process and challenges of entering the country on a student visa caused him great distress. In September 2022, Vignesh had graduated with distinction from an MBA program.

The body will be taken to India after the post-mortem procedures. Vignesh's friends in Glasgow are working with the consulate on bringing the body to Kerala.
