Guruvayur temple receives Rs 5.39 cr in hundi offerings in past month

GURUVAYUR: The Guruvayur temple has received Rs 5,39,06,162 as treasury revenue for the last one month. The temple also received 2.115 kg and 400 mg gold and 13.130 kg silver. Rs 2.57 lakh rupees reached the temple's bank account through E-Hundi in the east entrance.

Marriage registration facility

For those getting married in the Guruvayur temple, the municipality will provide registration facilities near the marriage hall. 900 square feet of land in Vaijayanthi shopping complex of Devaswom in East Nada has been given to the municipality with conditions. Rs 16 lakhs has been sanctioned by the Municipal Corporation for the provision of facilities. Online marriage registration facility is also available.
