IAS reshuffle: Mohammad Haneesh appointed as principal secy of the industries dept, Biju Prabhakar is new KSEB chairman

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As part of the reshuffle of top ranks of IAS officers, health department secretary APM Mohammad Haneesh has been appointed as the principal secretary of the industries department.

KSEB Chairman Rajan Khobragade has returned as the additional chief secretary of the health department. Biju Prabhakar has named as the KSEB Chairman. K. Vasuki, who is in charge of job skill development department, has also been given the additional charge of NORKA secretary.

Officers are not transferred while the model code of conduct is in place. The central government has recalled Suman Billa, Principal Secretary, Industries and NORKA. It was on this basis that the government sought the permission of the Election Commission for reshuffle.
