Gold prices surge again; Sovereign gold hits new high for the week

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Gold prices increased in the state today. There has been an increase of 200 rupees. Today's price of one sovereign gold is Rs 53,320. The price of one gram of gold rose to Rs 6,665. The price of gold remained unchanged for the last three days. On May 26, 25 and 24, the price of one sovereign gold was Rs 53,120.

The highest gold price of this month was recorded on May 20. The price of one sovereign gold was Rs 55,120. The lowest gold price of this month was recorded on May 1. The price of one sovereign gold was Rs 52,440 then. Silver prices in the state recorded a decrease today. The current price of one gram of silver is Rs 95.90 and the price of one kilogram of silver is Rs 95,900.
