THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: It is been alleged that Exalogic Solutions Company, the IT firm belonging to the daughter of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, has an account abroad. BJP leader advocate Shaun George levelled the allegation. Shaun has filed a sub plea in the high court demanding that crores have reached the company's overseas account and that an investigation is required.

Shaun also alleged that companies including SNC Lavalin and PWC gave money to Exalogic. Shaun's plea seeking an investigation into the transaction between CMRL and Exalogic is pending before the high court. Shaun has informed that more information related to Exalogic's foreign accounts will be disclosed in a press meet at 11.30 am today.

An inquiry was announced against Exalogic, CMRL and the Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation on the basis of a complaint filed by Shaun George with the registrar of companies. Shaun also raised the issue that PV mentioned in the Interim Settlement Board order regarding CMRL is Pinarayii Vijayan.

The Income Tax Settlement Board had earlier found that Veena Vijayan and her software firm Exalogic were paid Rs 1 crore 72 lakh for the services without CMRL. Along with this, it has also been found that money was given to Veena as a loan. The complaint against Exalogic, which was being investigated by income tax and revenue agencies, was also handed over to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office, a central agency that investigates large financial fraud cases.
