NEW DELHI: Three people were arrested by the CISF for attempting to enter the premises of the Indian Parliament by showing fake Aadhaar cards and entry passes. The arrested persons have been identified as Kasim, Monis and Soyeb. They have been booked under the charges of conspiracy and fraud. The incident happened on Tuesday.

"Monis and Kasim displayed the same Aadhaar card number with the individual's photo. They made these forged documents under a conspiracy and used them as genuine and Kasim also impersonated Monis," read the FIR.

All three told the officials that they were contract workers who came for the construction work of the area for MPs in the Parliament premises. It is reported that they are natives of Uttar Pradesh. The agencies will investigate why the three attempted to enter the Parliament premises using fake identity cards.
