This star kid's salary is Rs 1 cr, which she donated to charity

Some years ago in Indian cinema, Rs 1 crore used to be the total salary of superstars. The scenario has changed today as any star regardless of language is getting crores just for the opening or the advertisements. Even star kids are paid crores to do promotion of some brands.

Sitara Ghattamaneni, the 11-year-old daughter of Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu and former actress Namrata Shirodkar, has signed a contract worth Rs 1 crore with PMJ Jewellery, a leading jewelery group in South India, to do brand promotion. This 11-year-old girl has outdone herself by giving the entire amount to charity.

Ever since this became public, Sitara has been receiving praises on social media. She has over 1.9 million followers on the social media platform Instagram.

Sitara is the third generation of the Mahesh Babu family. Mahesh Babu's father Krishna was a superstar of Telugu cinema. Namrata Shirodkar is an actress who made her mark in Hindi and Telugu during the period of 1990-2000. Malayalees are familiar with Namrata through the 1999 Mammootty movie Ezhupunna Tharakan, directed by PG Vishwabhamran. Mahesh Babu and Namrata become close through the movie Athadu. Both of them got married in 2005. Apart from Sitara, this star couple also has a son named Gautam.

Mahesh's next with Rajamouli?

The Indian cinema world is eagerly waiting for every update of Mahesh Babu and director SS Rajamouli's upcoming film. Since the release of RRR, social media has been buzzing with rumours regarding the movie. Now, it is almost certain that the film will bring the two together.

It is said that the casting of the film is also in progress. Pre-production work is progressing in Dubai. At the same time, some Tollywood media are also reporting that the release of the movie will be in 2027.

The film is tentatively titled 'SSMB29'. The film is said to be an adventure story. The shooting may begin in August or September this year. The film is produced by Sree Durga Arts.
