Director Venkat Prabhu's brother, actor and singer Premji Amaran ties the knot; pictures and videos going viral on social media

CHENNAI: Tamil actor and singer Premji Amaran (45) has tied the knot. The marriage took place at Thiruthani Murugan temple in the presence of close relatives and friends. Premji's bride is Indu. The pictures and videos of the wedding are going viral on social media. Premji is the brother of director Venkat Prabhu. It is reported that only close friends were invited to the wedding ceremony in Chennai.

Tamil media reported that Premji and Indu have been dating for years and the two decided to get married in the presence of their families.

Premji is the son of famous Tamil director and lyricist Gangai Amaran. Premji was noticed through films directed by Venkat Prabhu. Premji has acted in many Tamil films like Vallavan, Santhosh Subramaniam, Chennai 600028, Saroja, Goa, Mankatha, and Massu Engira Masilamani.

Premji came to Malayalam with the film North 24 Kaatham. He composed music for films like Thozha, Maanga, Zombie, Kasada Thapara, Manmadha Leelai and Party. Premji's upcoming major film is GOAT starring Vijay.

A few days ago, Venkat Prabhu had announced the news of Premji's marriage through his X page. He shared the information of Premji's marriage on June 5th.
