Will Indian cinema be known by name of 'Kalki 2898 AD'? epic trailer is out

'Kalki 2898 AD' is a Sci-fi/Action movie directed by Nag Ashwin and starring Prabhas. The trailer of the much-anticipated film came out today. The trailer gives the impression that Nag Ashwin has created a world of wonders for the film. Apart from Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Shobhana, Disha Patani and Pashupathi appear in the 3-minute trailer. Kamal Haasan appears at the end of the trailer with the look of an old man. It is rumoured that the actor plays a dreaded villain in the film.

The film is made on a whopping budget of Rs 600 crores. Prabhas will play the role of Bhairava in the film. Earlier, the producers had released a teaser dedicated to the car named 'Bujji' in the film.

'Kalki 2898 AD' is slated to release on June 27. It is rumoured that popular actors such as Jr NTR, Vijay Devarakonda and Dulquer Salmaan will also be seen playing pivotal roles in the film. The film is produced by C Aswani Dutt under the banner of Vyjayanthi Movies. Reportedly, 'Kalki 2898 AD' is a futuristic science fiction film inspired by mythology. Santhosh Narayanan has composed the songs for the film.
