THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Senior CPM leader and former minister G Sudhakaran, criticizes the Pinarayi government after the failure in the Lok Sabha elections. He told the media that people are dissatisfied with the government's actions. Sudhakaran also stated that Narendra Modi is a strong ruler.

'Modi is a strong ruler. There are no corruption allegations against BJP's Union Ministers. Corruption is not rampant like it was during the Congress rule. If there is a leader, the people will follow. Suresh Gopi should have been given a cabinet post. Suresh Gopi came to power after struggling.

One person alone cannot manage everything. If there is a downfall, one should point out. Why be afraid? The first Pinarayi government was good. All departments were excellent. The new government came into existence because of that government. No MLA is talking about those development achievements now. The second Pinarayi government has no developmental achievements. Many people are criticizing the second Pinarayi government,' said Sudhakaran.

'There was a crack in the CPM strongholds in Alappuzha during the elections. Even in places where the Communist Party was strong, it came third. Votes leaked in Kayamkulam. Votes leaked in Punnapra too,' he added.
