Modi to meet Pope Francis on sidelines of G7 summit

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who will reach Italy today to participate in the G7 summit, is likely to meet Pope Francis. This is the first time Pope Francis is participating in the G7 summit. The Pope usually does not visit such venues. Global peace is on the agenda at the summit. Narendra Modi will also hold a meeting with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
