BCCI announces prize for Indian cricket team after T20 world cup victory

MUMBAI: BCCI has announced a prize money for the Indian cricket team who won the ICC Twenty20 World Cup that ended yesterday. A prize of Rs 125 crore will be given to the team that won the world title under the leadership of Rohit Sharma. This was announced by BCCI Secretary Jai Shah.
Rohit Sharma and his team beat South Africa by seven runs in the final in Barbados and ended their 11-year ICC title drought.
