Refuses marriage proposal, woman doctor chops off lover’s genitals

PATNA: A woman doctor has been arrested for chopping off her lover’s genitals for refusing to marry her. The shocking incident happened at Saran in Bihar. The victim is identified as Bed Prakash of Purani Basant in Saran. The incident happened the other day.

The police on receiving information reached the spot and saw the youth lying in a pool of blood. They immediately took him to Sadar Hospital in Chhapra. Police said that he was shifted to Srishti Hospital in Patna for expert treatment.

The two were in a relationship for the past two years. The doctor told police that they had decided to get married on July 1. However, the youth withdrew from the relationship. She told police that in a fit of rage, she invited him home and allegedly chopped off his private part. The police said that they have to take the statement of the victim.
