Virat Kohli to leave India permanently, will soon retire from all cricket formats

NEW DELHI: Indian superstar Virat Kohli’s regained form during the final match helped India lift the World Cup trophy in Barbados. Later while meeting with PM Modi, an emotional Virat opened up about how he dropped his arrogance to concentrate more on his batting. The star player was crowned the man of the match in the final game and now reports emerge about Virat Kohli planning to leave India and settle abroad with his family.

After winning the title in the Twenty20 World Cup, the player announced his retirement from the Twenty20 format. It is expected of the star batsman to soon call it a day in all cricket formats. News is also rife about Virat selecting his future destination in the UK. After the awe-inspiring victory parade in Marine Drive, Virat flew to the UK to meet his family. Even in 2023 December, Virat took a break from cricket to be with his family in the UK. Reports also surfaced that Virat's second child was born in London.

There are reports that Virat and Anushka are directors of a UK-based company called Magic Lamp based in West Yorkshire.
