Want to share screen with Sreenath Bhasi? Golden opportunity for aspiring actors

People working hard to break into movies, this news is for you. A new opportunity is ready to unleash your acting skills or to just try out how it feels to be in the movie world. ‘Pongala’, written and directed by AB Binil is looking for newcomers.

Child actors are required to portray the childhood scenes of actors Sreenath Bhasi, Baburaj, Bibin George and Appani Sarath. Apart from that, the makers are also looking for a 20-year-old girl to play Sreenath Bhasi's sister-in-law. The ‘Pongala’ team informed that priority is given to those in Kochi.

The film is based on an incident that happened in the coastal areas of Vypin and Munambam during the year 2000. The film, which is presented entirely through the background of action and humour, has Baburaj, Bibin George, Appani Sarath, Surya Krishna, Shammi Thilakan, Indrans, Yami Sona, Durga Krishna, Martin, Murugan and Praveena in the lead roles.
