Plantation worker dies as tree falls during heavy rains in Idukki

IDUKKI: A plantation worker died after a tree fell down due to heavy rains. Shanta, a native of Mamalakandam, died. The incident took place at Peechad near Idukki Adimali. The body has been shifted to Adimali Taluk Hospital Mortuary. The body will be handed over to the family after the post-mortem.
