Deeply saddened by tragedy in Wayanad: Vijay

CHENNAI: Renowned Tamil actor Vijay expressed his condolences over the deadly landslides that took place in Wayanad.

'Deeply saddened by the Wayanad landslides. My thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families. Request the Government authorities that the necessary rescue and relief measures be provided to the affected on a war footing,' Vijay wrote on the official X page of his political party Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam.
