Actress Usha Hasina opened up about her unpleasant experience with a film director while reacting on the Hema committee report. She narrated her bad experience she suffered from the film industry. She said the bad experience was from a director who invited her to his room.

'Had suffered a bad experience. I had responded immediately. The incident was when I entered the film industry. I had heard about this director, who is a trouble maker on sets. As my father accompanied me on sets, I was a bit bold.

This director has some methods. He first gives full freedom to the actresses on sets. Gives them dresses of their choice and will allow them to do everything they like. He later invited me to his room. I went with my father. He is dead now and it means nothing. I handled the situation well immediately. He later behaved badly towards me whenever he comes to the set. Even if you act well, he will not be satisfied with the take. He insults us badly. I responded then. I took my chappal and tried to beat him with that. There was no media then, only magazines were there. The news was carried then. There are chances for power groups in the industry,' she said.

'None of the actors have misbehaved with me. Maybe because I react directly. Many of my co-stars have told me about the misbehavior they had faced. My friend has told me that after staying in the hotel and if their demands are not fulfilled, they would sack you the next day.

Usually, the incident will be forgotten after two days. I am requesting, please bring them before law. Must be a model. At least the next generation should go well. Isn't this a workplace? We need security. We need a safe workplace. There are people who have no other means of income and survive on this alone. There are people considering this as a passion. The government should arrange a system for them to work safely. Should not leave them alone,’ Usha told media.
