VADAKKENCHERRY: Causing yet another worry for the ruling CPM in Kerala, another actress came up with a complaint against MLA Mukesh on Sunday. The young actress had alleged that Mukesh sexually assaulted her in 2011 while she was staying at a residency near Ottupara railway gate. The FIR was registered based on the statement given to the Special Investigation Team.

Mukesh and his team stayed in a luxury residence in Ottupara during the filming of the movie in Chelakkara. The case has been filed under Sections 354 and 294B of the Indian Penal Code. It is a crime punishable by three to seven years. Vadakencherry police started an investigation into the complaint. The evidence will be taken from the residency in Ottupara.

It is also under consideration to summon Mukesh with a notice to testify in the case. There is also a possibility of handing over the report to a special team as the main complaint is being thoroughly investigated. The police also informed that further action would be taken in the case after deliberations.
