City police commissioner collapses during Governor's Speech at Republic Day parade

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: City Police Commissioner Thomson Jose collapsed during the Republic Day parade held in the Thiruvananthapuram Central Stadium. The incident happened when Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar was addressing the parade.
The commissioner was standing near the Governor. The commissioner, who was standing nearby, collapsed when the Governor was set to deliver his speech after receiving the salute from various armed forces. He fell forward and was shifted to an ambulance by his colleagues. He returned after getting treatment.
